Where can I get a book with recipes for a diverticulitis diet?


Kidney stones and diverticulitis diet?
I suffer from kidney stones and diverticulitis, both very painful and the foods that are good for one condition, are bad for the other and vice versa. I'd like some advice from either nutritionists or people who suffer from both or at least one and have knowledge of the other. I know I need a high fiber diet for the diverticulitis but some of the high fiber foods can cause kidney stones so its quite frustrating.
